Introduction:
3D Brick Breaker Revolution is a brick breaking game that features plenty of powerups, infinite levels, boss battles, and four different game modes. Throughout the game you are presented with increasing level difficulty, stronger bosses, and a harder journey. There are four game modes to choose from, which are, Time Attack, Infinite, Classic, and Revolution. In Time Attack, you have to race against the clock and make it as far as you can into the levels. In Revolution Mode, you are presented with increasing difficulty levels, bonus levels, and boss battles in your quest to get the highest score. In Classic Mode, you fight your way through 99 levels in order to reign supreme. In Infinite Mode, you can play infinite levels!

Step 1: Different Modal Play:
You will have to play through three of the four modes in order to gain the full 200G on this game. You will have to play through the Time Attack Mode (1 direct achievement), Revolution Mode (9 direct achievements), and Classic Mode (4 achievements) in order to get the full 200G.

It really does not matter which order you play these modes in, although Time Attack Mode can be knocked off in a couple of minutes if you want to get that out of the way. Classic mode has one difficult achievement in completing the mode, but other than that, with practice the other achievements should come easy.

Revolution Mode has the most specific achievements and is where most of your time will be spent. One of the achievements (a score of 1,000,000) will take some patience. However, this mode is also the easiest to just sit and play and will gain you practice for classic mode as well as help you work towards some of the shared achievements.

*Glitch*
Please be aware of a glitch that can possibly erase some of your stats to the Boss achievements in Revolution mode. See "EXTREME BOSS BREAKER" for the explanation.

Step 2: Mode Sharing Achievements:
The remaining 6 achievements are shared between the modes and are not mode specific. The best part about the achievements in this game is that you can see your progress in each achievement so you will know how close you are to some of them. Just focus on mopping up these shared achievements during/after you complete the specific modes.

Conclusion
The only reason I rate this a 5/10 is because even though most of the achievements are not hard, there are a couple that you will need to practice for. There is also the issue of the glitch which might complicate things if you don't prevent it from happening. Finally, the achievements are not difficult for the most part but the full 200/200 for this game will take you quite some time and will be very tedious.

There are 20 achievements with a total of 200 points

  • Get to Level 5 in the Revolution Mode

Revolution mode can be selected from the title screen. This mode features an infinite number of levels, boss fights, and secret levels. You will be able to advance to the next tier once you hit the green-key brick. Simply advance through the bricks and move your way up a screen to the next level. Do this until you reach the fifth level.

  • Clear attack time with less than 4 seconds remaining on the clock

You need to clear all blocks in one stage including the key in order to advance to the next stage. The key gives you a paddle for the top of the screen. Once you have this paddle, simply bounce the ball back & forth between the bottom and top paddles until the clock reaches 5 seconds then send the ball through the top to clear the level "just in time".

  • Get 1,000,000 in Revolution Mode

This achievement is one of the more difficult ones and it is time consuming as you will need to make good use of your powerups. Revolution mode consists of infinite levels, bosses, and secret levels, so you need not worry about running out of time.

To get to a high score, you will need to make sure you try your hardest to stack up on your lives, as well as focus on collecting meaningful powerups. It is important to try and take levels slow and not to rush or you will end up losing a life foolishly. Focus the most on hitting the purple secret level blocks, as completing a secret level will earn you an extra life. The levels get increasingly difficult as you progress, so you will want to stockpile a lot of lives for the later rounds.

The best powerups I found to be the nuke, multiball, slow balls, and lasers. I wouldn't waste your time collecting magnets or smart bombs as I find they distract you more during play than they help. Try your best to avoid the negative powerups, as the ball speed increase, the screen shake, and small paddle make it really hard to work with.

Simply continue to slowly eat away at every level, collect powerful powerups using them to progress, and stockpile lives and you should eventually get this achievement after enough practice.

  • Complete 100 bonus levels in Revolution Mode

Simply complete 100 bonus levels in Revolution Mode. Bonus Levels are entered by hitting the purple brick which appears every few levels. Take it slow in the bonus level to make sure you complete it. This should take you a while to receive as each "run" of Revolution mode only gives you an average of about 4 bonus levels depending on how far you make it.

  • Destroy 1 Boss in the Revolution Mode

    See "EXTREME BOSS BREAKER."

  • Destroy 50 Bosses in the Revolution Mode

    See "EXTREME BOSS BREAKER."

  • Break 5,000 basic bricks

Basic Bricks are the common bricks that break apart after hitting them once. They are primarily found in earily levels at high quantities but still appear in later levels. Bricks broken across any of the game modes will count towards this 5K total.

  • Nuke 50 times

Nuke powerups appear as a mushroom cloud icon and should always be gathered whenever you see one. Not only are they powerful in that they can clear out the entire level by selecting it, but you need to gather and use 50 of them to get this achievement. Nukes are not a common drop during rounds and it will take you many rounds to get this.

  • Destroy 300 Bosses in the Revolution Mode

This is by far the most tedious achievement in the game and this alone will set you back a good 15-20 hours of gameplay.

The quickest way of getting through this achievement is to use the power-ups, kill the first boss and then lose all your lives at the start of the second wave as the added bricks will make each progressive run take longer. Use the jump power-up to bypass the stage after hitting the lock-block, and save your nukes for the boss stage.

Following this method should take roughly 3 minutes for a run, so that's a minimum of 5, 10 and 15 hours respectively to unlock the 100, 200, 300 boss based achievements.

    *GLITCH ALERT*
Anytime you are playing and the phone is interrupted (you receive a call or text, low battery message, music message, etc.), the counter for your boss wins resets to ZERO.

The good news is you CAN retrieve your wins if your careful and immediately quit to your home screen when you notice the reset counter. Check your wins counter after EVERY playthrough just to be safe. If you see your counter is reset, hit the windows button to get back to the home screen and reload the game. If you caught it and did not play the game after it reset, your wins should have been restored upon reloading the game.

A way to counter this and not have to worry is to make sure you have a good battery charge, and then play the game while in airplace mode so no pop-ups occur.

  • Get 100 extra lives

Extra Lives can be gained by collecting them during rounds as they randomly fall from the sky, or you can receive one for every bonus level you complete. This achievement is based on random luck with the amount of lives falling from above and your ability to collect them from the bonus levels.

  • Complete Classic Mode

Classic mode consists of 99 levels and you will need to make it all the way to the end. Once you're done with level 99, you will have to face the final boss. The road to the final boss is a long one and it will take a lot of practice and smarts to get there. Classic mode at first makes you feel like you have unlimited lives, but that is not that case, so try your best to preserve your lives for the later rounds.

This level is, by far, the hardest. You don't have the use of any powerups and to make matters worse, some of the bricks keep coming back after you destroy them. The best strategy is to just keep plugging away at the blocks in front of the center cluster of bricks. The objective is to get to the protected, central bricks, and once all destroyed, the boss will fall and you will have your achievement.

  • Lose 50 lives

Each ball represents a life, and you start out with 5 lives per game. When a ball drops below the bottom paddle, you will lose a life. You should get this normally in your pursuit for the other achievements, but if you want to speed things up you can play the first level over and over for ten games until the achievement pops.

  • Complete 30 levels in Classic Mode

Select Classic Mode from the title screen and complete 30 levels.

  • Get 500,000 in Revolution Mode

    See "BLUE COLLAR MILLIONAIRE."

  • Get 1,000,000 points in the Classic Mode

The easiest way to get a lot of points is to make sure that you destroy EVERY block on the screen using either the ball or your weapons. Do not use the Nuke unless you only have one block that you keep missing OR the ball gets stuck. The nuke will advance your stage towards your goal of completing classic mode for another achievement, but it will not give you points for clearing the wave, which will hurt you for this achievement and the other point achievement for Classic Mode. If all goes to plan you should have around 100,000 points around level 20 and 1,000,000 points around level 80.

  • Get 100,000 points in the Classic Mode

    See "SCORE MILLIONAIRE."

  • Break 1,000 rock bricks

Stone bricks are the second type of brick you will encounter and take a couple hits to break. These should appear 10 or so levels into either mode. Simply destroy 1,000 of these throughout the three game modes to unlock this.

  • Destroy 200 Bosses in the Revolution Mode

    See "EXTREME BOSS BREAKER."

  • Destroy 100 Bosses in the Revolution Mode

    See "EXTREME BOSS BREAKER."

  • Break 500 metal bricks

Metal bricks are the third type of brick that will appear around 15-20 levels into either Classic or Revolution mode. They take 3 hits to break and will destroy pretty quickly if targeted by guns, or lasers. Simply destroy 500 of these throughout the game for the achievement.
