During the mission "Operation Trap Claptrap Trap, Phase Four: Reboot" you will encounter Commandant Steele for the second time. Once you kill her, the achievement is yours. |

In the DLC you have to kill each boss twice (besides ned and undead ned). The 2nd time you kill them, you get the achievement for it. |
