The bullet is based in the middle of the Sunken Sea area. As soon as you enter the area, follow the road and go off the ramp. Head straight into the middle and you can't miss it. |

It is in the sunken sea, to the right of the ramp leading to the prison. @ #5. The exact amount is 8,000,000. As said so by borderlands wiki, and other forum posts. |

Beat the Knoxx DLC and get the You.Will.Die. quest. Kill Crawmerax a couple of times (easy to do with other people now) and sell all the drops you don't want. Easy 9,999,999. |

If you want a safe way to make money, just complete the main Robolution story and loot the chest storage, exit, reload, repeat. Depending on your level, can take a few trips, but you might also get some nice weapons while doing it. |

You do realise that once you hit 9,999,999 on the counter, your money still goes up, the game just doesn't show it, thats why death once you hit about 50ish will cost you several million and yet the counter won't move at all because you're above it.
