I have -no- DLC at the moment but I levelled to 51 (I'm 53 now) and got this achievement. The same would probably happen if I leveled to 61 before I got the DLC. Must've been a patch that allowed everyone to get the levelling achievements while keeping the DLC (zones and quests) exclusive.

	Comment #16 by stonedsoldier Friday, December 09, 2011 @ 02:10:19 PM i will help people power level if they would like. also i have modded items that still work after patches/updates, these items include: sniper rifle- damage 1,082 x 5, fully automatic with a 10 shot clip. eridian weapon- damage 273 x 5, fire rate 4.5, has +160 magazine size. rocket launcher- damage 6,465 x 5, x4 shock, 8 shot clip. shotgun- damage 487,370 x 10, 6 shot clip, gun is completely invisible. shield- capacity 2,147,483,647, makes you completely INVINCIBLE (infinite shield) if you would like help leveling up or would like me to duplicate any of my modded items for you feel free to message me on XBOX Live.
