To get this you will need to save athena from the prison, located from getting through a jump in the sunken sea. You will need to kill two bosses while in there. Chaz and mr shank.

You are wrong.

In order to get this achievement you have to break into the prison, kill Mr. Shank and pick up the PDA he has, then fight your way through the prison to get to Athena. Give her the PDA and you get the achievement. Chaz is a non-important mini boss that you face on your way out of the prison AFTER you have rescued Athena and got the achievement.
