This will be 100% the first thing you accomplish on the DLC as it is a involved in a really early mission. This vehicle is pretty much the same as the ones you find in the sunken sea. As well as this you also unlock the lancer, a crimson lance vehicle. |

Literally the first mission you do in the DLC. Its story related so you cant miss it. Talk to the mechanic, Get the parts, Asemble the monster, and there you go. |

It is possible to miss this achievement. If you don't buy the DLC. If you do/did then play the game and the first mission is to construct the monster. EASY! |
