This achievement is glitched. I have almost finished the game and DLCs, and I don't see him coming.
And it's not as if I weren't using the bloodwing. |

all i did to get this achievement was to attack the enemies rather than kill them and i ddidnt even attack 15 with bloodwing to get it. |

You can keep track of this achievement by opening up the Challenge Log and finding one called "Action Hero". That keeps track of how many enemies were killed by your action skill. |
