Easiest way to get this is online. I started at level 5 and 45 minutes later I was level 13, A lot faster to gain XP this way. |

I got this through the expansion packs. I was level 37 at the end of the main quest, so I just jumped right into those. |

Your level will be in the mid 30s by the time you defeated the main quests and all the side missions. You can either grind out the rest of the way to 40 in your first playthrough or you could start a second playthrough, where the enemies are harder but you get a ton more experiance. It's best to buy the DLC because there are a ton of additional missions and tough enemies that give a lot of experiance as well. |
