The first chance you will get to do this is on the fyrestone bounty board around level 13. The quest requires you to go to the lost cave and get 50 shock crystals. You can shoot them or melee the crystals to be able to pick them up. The monsters in there are around level 15. |

Where else can you find artifacts? I am wanting a different one to make my phasing with Lilith better. I'd rather have incinerate than shock. |

ininerate can be obtained by completing the bounty board mission in fyrestone known as "the legend of Moe and Marley"
