We had four level 50's with each class. I would recommend at least two sirens for this though, and a LOT of patience. It was rough, but not impossible. |

You can farm the shield in the Arid Nexus-Boneyard from Hunter Hellquist, and you can farm the shotgun from the final boss. Make sure they are a LV 50 shield and shotgun. These are two of, if not the, best items in the game. This will really break the game, so if you want a challenge, don't use this method. |

"Hide of Terramorphous" shield has a 51348 capacity and the nova blast is at over 91,000 damage, has almost 29,000 spike damage and if depleted give you get an extra 36,400 raid damage. "The Bee" shield unless it has something else special is useless. There is also a shield called "Fabled Tortoise" at lvl 46 it gives me 105,000 shield capacity but has a movement penalty and -15,000 health penalty. |

Conference Call has a chance to fire two extra shots perpendicular to the path of your shot centered on your target. Amp shields, it turns out, add their damage to /each pellet/ of a shotgun blast (and each bullet in a thrown Tediore gun). So, uh, yeah. The Bee/Conference Call is a pretty clear best in game. |

It doesn't have the highest capacity, but it has a high recharge and that amp damage is ridiculous, and the way the math works in this game you can get almost 1 million damage, if not actually over that. |

I actually saw a guy with a lvl 150 soldier using lvl 100 guns take out hyperious in a few seconds, then he dropped his stuff for us and left. i mean i now have an unusable smg worth 50 million that does over 2 million damage... good for money but useless since we can't equip it. i wonder how he got to lvl 150??? |

I completed my first playthrough and only have one side quest remaining, kill terramorphous, but i am only level 37 so began playing true vault hunter mode for about 5 mins to see what it was like, but when I reloaded normal mode I was still in the southern shelf. It seemed as though my previous progress to the terramorphous mission had been lost and i was back to start of the game. Luckily I decided today to try to find out if i could get back to the end of the first playthough, turned out that even though I was in the southern shelf my progress was still saved and I could fast travel back to sanctury and can still fight terramorphous etc This was quite misleading i feel and Ive seen a few people posting in various places asking |

Terramorphous is a serious dick, and will not be easy on you. It was tough for me and my two friends playing with me at the time, but our team kicked his ass. Barely. Regardless, though, you should definitely level up first, I'd recommend being either a Gunzerker, or a Soldier. |
