Once you make it to Thousand Cuts, you'll see a white/pale skinned bandit jumping around with a quest marker over him. Approach him and he begs you to shoot him in his face. Do so and you'll get this achievement. |

Haven't actually done the mission yet, but if the dialogue is anywhere near as funny as it was with the Top Gun parody mission I'm sure it will be hilarious. |
