@Kozi - yeah it is, quite comfortably. If you focus on just a few plasmids to upgrade - I only upgraded Electro Bolt and Incinerate before I got it - you should be fine. I also had enough ADAM left over to upgrade my health and eve about three times, so don't worry if you've done that too. |

This is quite easy, just harvest all the Little Sisters and focus on the slots, done in one play through. You don't even have to get all the Little Sisters, you could probably get it by rescuing them too. |

It is possible to do this on ONE play through ONLY rescuing Little Sisters. You will get enough Adam as bonuses and enough from rescuing them to achieve it. I popped this in Hephaestus, and still have 400 units of Adam to spend on tonics or what not. |

Note: you cannot bulk buy this all at once from one Gatherer's Garden machine. Instead, for a given location in the game, max one unit of the Plasmid slot and each Tonic slot may be available. So, you can either use the Bathysphere to go back to earlier levels to buy the upgrade, or you can buy them as you progress. You can also buy the upgrades, get the achievement, and reload a saved game to spend the ADAM on something else if you want. |

It's easier to get all the achievements and beat the game if you rescue every little sister. The rewards and ADAM you get for every three you rescue far outweigh the immediate ADAM loss. |
