Perhaps this will be the equivalent of the Bioshock pipe-turret hack minigame.
Although from the preorder game (Industrial Revolution) we know that lock picks are a loot-dependant item meaning you can't just pick-pocket whenever you want. |

Incredibly easy to achieve as long as you pay attention for not only the locks but also lock picks. (although I did buy quite a few to create a stache of them.) |
