You have to knock them off Columbia...knocking them off ships dont count
I used undertow to bring them close to the edge the bucking bronco to put them in the air and melee them over |

I found this very easy to do on the float ride up to the "Hand of the Prophet" (The Zeppelin towards the end of the game). There a lot of enemies and you just have to jump to their ship and use undertow to push them off. I got all 20 right here

Using "Undertow" on the "Hand of the Prophet" mission makes this very easy. At one point there are Vox dropped off onto the wings of the Zepplin, (I think it's on the second bought of clearing Patriots from the Sky Line). |
