Maybe they combined Bioshock with Sleeping Dogs, and you can slam an opponent into a fishtank (that has the World's Fair big daddy from the very first trailer) if you grapple them.

Location: Chapter 11 - Hall of Heroes Gift Shop
This achievement is easy to get it in chapter 11
After you get the ability (Shock Jockey)
just progress in the game to find two enemies Running towards you
now use (Shock Jockey) ability on the water
Repeat the process until you get the achievement.

Early in the game when you get Devil's Kiss, you can set alight to oil leaks which gives some easy environmental kills too. |

Start of chapter 4, right after you exit bar there are a few tar pits on the ground just past the turret. Get two from one tar pit at least then on the platform down get another few from another tar pit.

Fireworks barrels, tesla coils, water spills, oil spills...You'll find plenty throughout the game. Just whittle an enemy's health down then lead them to one. |
