Easiest place to get this or clean up the remaining kills is on
Chapter 3 - Raffle Square.
Just after the raffle melee kill the few guards. Then when you walk up the stairs right after you melee the 1-2 guys upstairs and get your pistol, you pass a vending machine and hop on a boat-thingy. Run past the first 2 guys and activate the turret. As they're chasing you with battons, that's 2 guaranteed kills and another guy jumps up almost instantly for a really quick 3 kills.
Reload the checkpoint and it should be right as you've got the gun, run a second or so and bam, another 3. Heaps quick :)
I tired the turret a bit further up, but there's too many guys up there with pistols swho shoot it out, so I just kep to the checkpoint and voila. Hope it helps some of you :) |

To #2: thanks, Raffle Square was a good place to gather remaining kills. And by changing the difficulty to easy, it took me about 5 mins to get 15 or so kills |
