you get this first at the halls of heroes. very easy to kill 30 enemies, doesnt have to be scoped kill to count |

If you want it fairly quickly go to Wounded Knee in Hall of Heroes and immediately to the right star case and just wait. When the enemies start coming you can easily pick them off as they drop down and come from directly in front of your sights. I must've killed 12-15 guys this way. |
