In the last part of the game on comstock's airship you can just keep jumping on and off. |

You can get it at the begining of the game when you get to the part of the game called hooks. It prompts you to assassinate a lone guy, all you have to do is lure others to the same spot and do the same. Once there all gone restart checkpoint and do the same, he game stacks your kills. |
