Be sure to not have DURGA equipped on your feet when trying this achievement.

Simple way to get it is just load chapter 1 and use KULSHEDRA (whip) and just get hgiher and higher into the air and landing on an opponent(or continually jumping off the same one in the air worked for me too, so long as the final hit is the stomp/jump off the enemies head)
