The secret achievement is as follows: Grinding the Crack: Fell over the edge on Ziba Tower. 20G I completed this earlier today myself, as did my friend (who confirmed before I even got the achievement myself), and I followed his lead. For all of you too stupid to understand this, just off the level. Doesn't matter where. Just kill yourself, and the achievement will pop up before you die.

On my site it's permanently ticked off - if I remove the check and save the changes, the site reemerges with another chievo removed and this one still there!?
