![]() | Comment #1 by Lbrun12415 Monday, May 14, 2012 @ 09:47:15 PM This seems to be the last level... Also by the name of this achievement it looks like Joker could of faked his death. Could be wrong |
![]() | Comment #2 by VectorUSS Monday, May 14, 2012 @ 10:00:43 PM I was thinking the same thing point is someone is getting trolled lol |
![]() | Comment #3 by Darkforce412 Monday, May 14, 2012 @ 10:07:15 PM i doubt the joker faked his death its just a name of the achievement, and a good one too. |
![]() | Comment #4 by Lbrun12415 Monday, May 14, 2012 @ 10:10:33 PM I hope it is. I mean Joker is cool and all but I think Scare Crow should be the main villain since there were a lot of signs of him returning. |
![]() | Comment #5 by XX HEH8ME XX Monday, May 14, 2012 @ 10:17:25 PM the joke's on harley, because her baby daddy is gone..... |
![]() | Comment #6 by frazyah Monday, May 14, 2012 @ 11:46:28 PM Or it could be that he just left 1 more trap for whoever stumbled upon it. |
![]() | Comment #7 by DarkDreams91 Tuesday, May 15, 2012 @ 02:08:34 AM As dimwitted as she is, Harley could come out on top, and that'll be the cliffhanger leaving an opening for Arkham World, or whatever. But I agree with #4, Scarecrow needs to return! He would be an EPIC main villain! That's just me. |
![]() | Comment #8 by kaiyo penguin Tuesday, May 15, 2012 @ 05:10:12 AM agree with #4 and #7. loved the twisted shit with scarecrow in the asylum. definitely deserves a main role in the next one. OT: definitely think its some sort of thing for joker getting one last laugh. |
![]() | Comment #9 by janosandsereth Tuesday, May 15, 2012 @ 05:31:09 AM from my experiance harley is only useless when shes all googly eyed for the joker now hes dead she will likely team up with ivy since there always together |
![]() | Comment #10 by Jaganboy Tuesday, May 15, 2012 @ 09:08:46 AM This will be for the last level. Perhaps this is a hint at a future Arkham game? |
![]() | Comment #11 by ChubbyNinjaDuck Tuesday, May 15, 2012 @ 09:25:57 AM Maybe Harley gives birth to a baby joker? :D |
![]() | Comment #12 by envint251 Tuesday, May 15, 2012 @ 09:59:06 AM At #4, #7 and #8. Am I the only one who didn't like the Scarecrow levels in Arkham Asylum? I thought they were gimmicky at best. Hiding behind walls trying to avoid an oversized spinning Scarecrow searchlight really took me out of the immersion of the game and, while they weren't particularly difficult sections, they just annoyed me! I for one don't want to see his return, especially not as a main villain. |
![]() | Comment #13 by Lbrun12415 Tuesday, May 15, 2012 @ 11:02:30 AM @ 12 i know for a fact he'll come back with all the clues found in AA fans can expect to see him maybe not as the main villian but he'll come back. I know RS will do a better job with him in the next game however, i see AA as a starting point. the villains in both AA and AC were very easy to beat so i can see why you didnt like the scare crow levels. RS could do alot better with him' the thing was and they admitted it was that they rushed it. Scare Crow would be a great main villain if they do it right. love joker but i dont want him as the main villain. @ 11 the game is set a week after the story ends. |
![]() | Comment #14 by Capt_Ron CFH 01 Tuesday, May 15, 2012 @ 12:35:58 PM @12 You may be in the minority on that one. I really liked the Scarecrow sequences in AA, especially the last one that began like a game/system glitch and replayed the intro movie with a few twists. (won't spoil for people that haven't played AA yet) |
![]() | Comment #15 by DarkDreams91 Tuesday, May 15, 2012 @ 09:47:45 PM @12, I agree with you on that. Hiding behind walls was an EPIC fail. I'm pretty sure they'll come up with something way better. It was the first game so they were testing things out. Look at AC, it had SO many upgrades, a better battle system with more gadgets, more villains with interesting story tie-ins, etc. It was a major improvement over its predecessor. So if they do make another, which I'm praying they do, Scarecrow would be more than just a spinning enemy that you hide from. Just a thought. |
![]() | Comment #16 by XxJoaoPauloBRxX Wednesday, May 16, 2012 @ 07:45:47 PM Maybe she reveals that she's pregnant to Batman |

![]() | Comment #18 by ryan9483 Sunday, May 27, 2012 @ 09:20:05 AM I have a feeling it's going to be another twist ending. Like what if at the very end they have the Joker at the morgue and they're about to perform an autopsy to extract the TITAN from his corpse? Just as they put him on the table and you see the mortician lower his scalpel, the Joker's eyes suddenly open and the screen cuts to black and you hear his evil laugh. Or what #16 said.... |
![]() | Comment #19 by Arule71 Sunday, May 27, 2012 @ 12:09:56 PM now that her sugar daddy is dead, Harley is looking for a new papa...who can take better care of her than a billionare...the last laugh is that she got an STD from the Joker |
![]() | Comment #20 by Scrummy64 Monday, May 28, 2012 @ 01:43:34 PM I'm not sure whether the Joker will turn out to be alive or not, but I kinda have a feeling that Robin's going to die... |
![]() | Comment #21 by Darkforce412 Monday, May 28, 2012 @ 10:27:26 PM iv heard that the guy playing as joker quit so if they bring him back it wont be the same actor, then again iv only heard it as a rumor so it might not be true. |
![]() | Comment #22 by KingPiccolo89 Tuesday, May 29, 2012 @ 07:47:47 AM @21 apparently mark hamil who does the voice of the joker had said he was done doing the joker after arkham asylum but look what happen. if they do make another game and if the bring the joker back he will most likely still do the voice. |
![]() | Comment #23 by KingPiccolo89 Tuesday, May 29, 2012 @ 07:48:57 AM but about this dlc i liked it a lot it was just way to short i beat it in like 45 mins to and hour |
![]() | Comment #24 by Scrummy64 Tuesday, May 29, 2012 @ 03:29:52 PM You get this achievement after defeating Harley's 'henchmen' and apprehending Harley, while playing as Batman. |
![]() | Comment #25 by Scrummy64 Tuesday, May 29, 2012 @ 03:34:50 PM Nothing to do with the Joker at all, sadly, and the ending doesn't give any further hints towards a sequel. Nonetheless, it's a fun two hours of gameplay, with some particularly great moments - notice my use of apostrophes around the word 'henchmen' in the comment above - although the 800-Point pricing does seem a little steep, given how short it is. Sure, it's not quite as devastating as the half-hour 'From Ashes' DLC in Mass Effect 3, sold at the same price, and there is some replay value in the form of the Harley Balloons and simply how short it is, allowing you to easily play through again whenever you want, but it should really have been more around the 560-Point price, like the other DLC. |
![]() | Comment #26 by Broon43 Tuesday, May 29, 2012 @ 08:51:07 PM Weak weak weak dlc guys. Very disappointed. Replay value extremely low, story boring and the challenge sub-par for Batman. I didn't come in with high expectations, but for 800 msp, shit this fell way short. As the great Joker once said, "Yawn-a-roony!!" I want at least 8 bucks back from that ten-spot I just handed over. Basically, I feel Rockstar just made me pay for an extra 250 gs that is unnecessary. But, that's just like my opinion, man. Boring and redundant DLC ! Ugh, and I love this game. |
![]() | Comment #27 by blinksmilewink Tuesday, May 29, 2012 @ 09:23:19 PM @26 You mean Rocksteady. But I do see your point. It is very short, and there's virtually no clues as to what might be the third game. |
![]() | Comment #28 by Jacob9291 Wednesday, May 30, 2012 @ 03:15:24 AM Who knows? Maybe we're being shown how hard Batman was taking Talia and Joker's deaths in order to have them "return" in the next, under a Scarecrow-induced hallucination, probably something like a "why didn't you save me, Bruce?" for Talia and/or a "you killed me, Bats. All you had to do was hand over the cure/let me become immortal." for Joker. |
![]() | Comment #29 by Jacob9291 Wednesday, May 30, 2012 @ 03:17:10 AM *have them "return" in the next, while Batman us under a Scarecrow hallucination. Curse you, my lack of proofreading. |
![]() | Comment #30 by Croc 494 Saturday, June 02, 2012 @ 09:28:47 AM Does anyone else think that once you have completed this DLC you should be able to switch to Robin in story mode like you can with Catwoman? I personally think that would be great, I thought The boy wonder was really good to fight with and the DLC was so small. Just to switch and mess around with him for half an hour in Arkham proper would be great. |
![]() | Comment #31 by Croc 494 Saturday, June 02, 2012 @ 09:32:40 AM Also Harley was friking awesome in this DLC why the hell wasn't she like this anyway? and don't say "because the joker died" He would have loved her even more if she was this hard and psychotic not some silly little bitch. |
![]() | Comment #32 by hosenc1 Sunday, June 03, 2012 @ 06:47:21 AM just my opinion but maybe the point of the DLC was to introduce Robin into a more prominent role as in the next game maybe Bruce would have given up being Batman as they alluded to him not handling everything well |
![]() | Comment #33 by Edward Howes Monday, June 04, 2012 @ 03:38:19 PM I brought this dlc thinking oooh some more story and then saw this achievement and got me wondering the same as most people. Had the creators of te game trolled everyone by saying the joker was dead as the voice actor wanted to leave. And the writing on one of the walls in game about everyone being happier when the joker returns really go my hopes up for his "fake death" but this is not the case and I was left disappointed. Neither the less a fun little extra but to short for my liking. Should have been priced slightly less buti can see the work that goes into it. |

![]() | Comment #35 by Penny Bandit Sunday, January 20, 2013 @ 09:06:06 PM I really enjoyed this dlc, sure it seemed short but it was awesome how you could actually play as Robin in a story sense rather than what had happened with the Night wing bundle pack. I was really disappointed in that. |
