You have to find Mr. Freeze's outfit that the Joker hid in the Steel Mill. It's called Freeze Cluster. I don't have it yet but I'm assuming its an upgrade to the freeze grenades. |
| Comment #10 by Prelude2disastr Monday, October 24, 2011 @ 07:18:37 AM To get the Freeze Cluster: You have to ungag Harley Quinn on your second visit to the Steel Mill to unlock the Hot & Cold side mission. Then head to the freight elevator. It's in clear view when you get to the bottom and have a mini battle. For those who haven't completed the game and are anxious about the last upgrade, the TYGAR Cryptographic sequence code isn't unlocked till the end of the game, you should get this achievement (providing you've unlocked all the others) then. |

 | Comment #14 by jtotheb Tuesday, November 01, 2011 @ 09:42:54 AM Alright, I'm through the game, and I've done Hot and Cold, and I've unlocked all of the upgrades, but there is still one gadget that is showing as unlocked. In the in-game Gadgets grid, which shows everything that is locked/unlocked, the gadget just under line launcher and to the right of sonic batarang still shows as locked. Is that the Freeze Disruptor, or is there something else that I still haven't gotten? |

 | Comment #19 by Sigmund666 Tuesday, December 06, 2011 @ 07:58:47 AM The only one that can be missed is the Freezer Bomb in the basement of the Steel Mill. :) With the last gadget (the TYGER Card as I call it in order to get to Wonder tower- near the end of the game-) can also be used to massively shut down the camera's in each section :) |
