You'll need to find him 4 times, each time you'll get a symbol. After getting all 4, you'll have to match up the symbols on the map, leading to Azrael's final location nd your achievement. |

Go northwest quadrant for first encounter, and southwest for second encounter... I won't spoil anything else. |

I walked out of the front door of the courthouse about 75% through the story, and he was still sat on the roof opposite. |
 | Comment #33 by jigbot83 Sunday, January 08, 2012 @ 02:12:47 PM @32 how did you walk out the front door of the courthouse at 75% through story? on my play-through the front section of the courthouse exploded and now i can only access via the rear door..? im only missing the encounter with the watcher opposite the courthouse, got all the others, searched everywhere local to courthouse and tried selecting the side mission in menu but still cant get him to show up. any suggestions..? |
