The developers have confirmed that Mr.Freeze is nothing to do with the story
and is totally hidden somewhere in Arkham City, there will be no clues and nothing in the story to do with him. He has his own agenda, and if you find him, I guess
the prize is this achievement :) |

This one is a storyline achievement, you get it when you go into wonder city underneath arkham city. As for the Mr. Freeze thing, they lied. He's a significant part of the story. |
