Defeat them, then enter the building. You will then makes your way through another set of double doors. Once through, Harley will run towards you. Press Y when she comes close, and you will throw her to the ground. After this she will talk for a while and order the thugs to kill Batman should he try anything suspicious. After this, she leaves. The thugs will order you to stay back. Through a smoke bomb, then ascend to the gargoyles above. Activate your X-Ray type scene (forget what it's really called) and Batman will analyze the room. Move to the far Gargoyle and wait for the thugs for face the other way (turn their backs to you). Jump down, take them out. Move to the right and behind a weak |

Finally make your way to the other side of the room (VIA Gargoyles) and glide to the scaffolding above the thug. Silently take him down. Then make your way back to the middle of the room, the achievement will pop. |
