This one is pretty easy to get. Just rescue all the doctors from the medical facility. Well you’ll get this one anyway cause it’s a story related achievement and you cant miss it. But you’ll get it as soon as you rescue the third doctor. It doesn’t matter which one you save first and which one you save last as long as you save all three.
