Very easy, especially since you have to do it to progress in the story anyway. Just grapple to the gargoyle directly behind him, use the Glide Kick and then finish him off with RT+Y.

This one is indeed easy. This story related achievement will unlock as soon as you take down zsasz, which you will accomplish shortly after starting the game. If you have any trouble just use the suggestion made with comment number one and you should get him.
