The one in the control room is quite easy if you're patient. When you first start, put Detective Mode on immediately and wait for the thug straight ahead to walk far enough so that he's able to turn left. As soon as he does, take him down. There's a thug close by but he won't be able to see because there's a large structure in the way. Then, quietly go downstairs and take down the guy who will be directly below. As soon as you do, grapple up to a gargoyle because by now, the thugs will all be running over to ytour first victim.
Now that you're on the gargoyle, just wait patiently for the enemies to wander off on their own. It's only difficult if you try to rush it. Saying that, the leaderboards say people have done it in 30 seconds. How?! |

Inverted takedowns dont work. I tried a map doing mostly that and i didnt get the achievement.... so i guess its all gotta be on the ground from behind or corner takedowns. |

I found this one easiest on the 'Survival Tactics' Challenge Mode as everyone is stood further apart with walls/stairs hiding them from one another which gives you a few seconds to run after a take down, also the grates on the inside of the building are great for hiding in while you wait! |
