Victor Zsasz has Dr. Young at knife point, you need to take corner cover click your right thumbstick (To zoom in) hold your left trigger bringing up the sights for a Batarang and wait for Victor Zsasz to pop his head out from behind Dr. Young then throw it at him in the head then he is defeated.

Dr. Young goes to get her notes that are in a safe behind a picture frame on the wall but it's got a Joker face spray-painted on it, Batman says stop or something like that, it explodes kills Dr. Young.
