can be done right near the beginning, just keep using earth type powers til u get the earth ultimate power, wait for 20+ builders to start climbing up the tower, hold RT or LT depending on which buttons ur earth power is assigned to, wait til the cursor turns white, release it then start mashing it as quick as u can til the power reaches 100%...job done!
