ugh! It's so annoying that my truck keeps respawning right next to me and I automatically hop in and I'm already firing and I kill a dude. Restart. |

More crap!
I get to the whale. I die. I accidentally shoot from the vehicle after I respawn, but didn't kill anyone, but still no achievement. |

The hardest part about this achievement is to avoid shooting from your vehicle by accident.
I've restarted several times now. |

I can also confirm against the current guide, which says, "While you are stationary and shooting buildings you won't automatically be place(d) in your vehicle."
Several times I have been stationary, NOT MOVING, and the vehicle suddenly appears next to me and my character hopped in, and I fired. Again restarted.
I've attempted this over a dozen times now.
Such a stupid achievement! |

I just defeated the whale, never continued and never shot while in the vehicle. I was perfect!
WHERE THE HELL IS MY ACHIEVEMENT?

The only thing I can think of is this:
-You cannot shoot from your vehicle.
-You cannot roll/move in your vehicle.
Can anyone else confirm this? If so, this should have been in the guide. |

Just read this on TrueAchievements:
"You CANNOT manually move a vehicle. In other words, if you're in the car, you can't touch the left stick at all. Press B to get out or let it get destroyed.
You CANNOT continue.
You CAN shoot from the car.
You CAN be "bumped" by the scrolling screen if you're in the car. That's not a manual moving of the car."

FINALLLLLY! I unlocked this achievement.
Just don't roll in your car. Shoot all you want, just don't roll.
Achievement unlocks once the "AREA 3 CLEARED" pops up. |
