He is located in the Constantine District between a bomb crafting station and a tailor shop. If you look at the video I posted you should see it.

I was in the middle of a Master Assassin mission and I saw the target over his head and thought I had to kill him. Seconds after his death he reappeared so I took a closer look and low and behold it was Duccio! I then proceeded to beat the living crap out of him.

While he was rolling on the ground, I threw 4 Datura bombs on his body and the broke the scaffold so it all collapsed onto his feeble little neck.

	Comment #56 by Niko MadPro Saturday, November 26, 2011 @ 03:53:50 AM I assume that he would respawn... seeing as it's a "random event" and not a full memory so you can't replay it, if leaving the area doesn't work, try waiting an ingame day, sorta like if you let a den captain escape into hiding. Also if you play as Ezio again in the next AC, I bet we'll be seeing Duccio again for a grand finale, although I can't imagine actually having to kill him, most likely just to beat him up again... or maybe we get to see him get bitten as a small side-cutscene-cameo thing like the Database said.

I thought I was going to be beating the crap out of one of my assassins... but, that's not the same Duccio (I think the programmers did that on purpose to mess with us)! I saw the same douche stumbling around, and I realized it was Duccio, so I beat him up. Then I looted his body, and got one measly coin - which sort of ticked me off, so I threw him into the nearby well! I guess the water's going to taste really bad there for a while, but... oh well! :-p Isn't if funny how many of us have commented on this one achievement?!

You'll be able to pick him out because he is marked with the targeting symbol that is usually on targets. Don't bother looking for him, you'll eventually just come across him.

I killed him the first couple times by mistake, but after finding that he just keeps respawning in the same place, I've been killing him every time I run by, just so I can have the pleasure of doing it many, many times. I've stabbed, cleaved, poisoned, shot, knived, crossbowed and bombed the bastard. I'm basically just running the gamut and I'll beat him up near the end of the game. Only thing I want to do now is kill him with a warhammer.
