I got it 50% into sequence 3, but that's pretty much all I was doing building up assassin's and then their master missions. |

There's no set sequence in which to get this. You just need to level up an assassin and finish the master assassin missions for him/her. |

you'll most likely get this through playing the game but if not then all you have to do is; after sequence 2 in the defence mission you will have the ability to set the assassins you have recruited as the leader of the den. once youve done this they should eventually level up to master assassin |
