Send you assassin's on the hardest missions they can complete with 100% to maximize exp they gain. it may take a few hours but if you send out all your recruits on the hardest missions you can find, it shouldn't be too bad. just send them out and watch tv, running to the bank once an hour to empty the coffers. |

Eventually they will become an assassin. You will get the achievement after the ceremony for said assassin has been completed. It will tell you when the assassin is ready |

I find it helps level up the recruits when you dont have the opportunity to play the game all the time. For example, at work or not near your 360. |

 | Comment #9 by mrkymrk01 Monday, January 17, 2011 @ 10:21:59 AM i agree with RoughGalaxy on this, i've been busy working around the house the past 2 days, i just left the xbox on all day and every 1.5hrs check the bank and the pigeon coup and repeat in about 1 day i have most of my assassins lvl 9 and others about to level up now and 450k, i'm only on sequence 4 (the banker) so.. rest of the game shold be easy |

As soon as I was able to recruit, I had a large majority of the Borgia towers done, so I had most of the recruits. I immediately sent them on missions while still playing the game. There's a pidgin coop about what every 50 steps?? Anyway, once they were all back, I'd send them out again. If I was waiting for some to finish, I'd call the ones I had to help in battle. Bottom line is that they level up relatively quick and it will go by seemingly quicker if you just keep on keepin on. No point in doing ONLY that. There are hundreds of other things you could be doing. |

I would say dont keep sending them on the hardest contracts because theres a chance they will die, send 2-3 people on a 5 rank mission, it will pop up when they are ready to become an assassin, also you only need to get one of them to assassin rank and you will get the achievement |
