I managed to get everything in Boston in the normal game so this should be quite fun.

Flying controls are completely hit or miss and clunky, should have been tested and refined alot more or cut from the DLC entirely, seems Ubisoft was in a rush and just gave us half assed controls.

Managed to fully sync the main content missions without many problems so I've just got to go around doing the additional stuff, none of which is interesting. Yay.

There are nine main missions. You must get every optional constraint on each.

On top of this, you need to:
Liberate captives from convoys (4)
Feed starving civilians (4)
Save civilians from guards (4)
Save civilians from wolves (2)
Find Lucid Artifacts (3)

There are tough and tedious moments, as you should expect from any Assassin's Creed 3 completion achievement.

Good luck!

Saving civilians from guards? I saved a lot of civilians at gun points but they don't count.

Also where can I find wolves in Boston?!

wolves: swamp area on the west
rescue civilian: most northern pier

I had the hardest time with the blending in part where you have to jump two checker pieces. The damn cut scene would always kick in before I was able to get my second piece.

An easy way to get the rescue citizens is to go where @12 said and than disrupt the execution and than die and when you come back its in the same spot for me everytime

Damn, the only part of this DLC that I find hard is the "Don't get noticed" aspect. I cant do that shit...

Well, in that wolf outfit, you are very outstanding, so it makes sense

The main missions and their sync goals were excellent to decent, but wow were the side goals awful. I literally had to return to the same place 4 times to save the civilian from the redcoat and I'm pretty sure I stopped the same convoy three times judging by the surroundings.
Raise your game Ubisoft.

The rescue civilian & wolf attack can both be done in the western swamp. Plenty of guards around to desynchronise & respawn after too.
