	Comment #11 by grumpyyogi1968 Monday, November 05, 2012 @ 03:57:48 AM I cannot figure out how to do this. i have 3 recruits and when i go into the menu to choose missions, all say 0% chance of success and i cannot choose any mission except the first one on each list. i managed to get their xp between 200 and 250 just by causing riots and doing assassination or helping me but i cannot do any of the missions of the 13 colonies that you see when holding the left bumper and pressing X... always 0% chance of success. am I missing something? please help. thanks.
