This one is pretty straight forward. Just tell your partner to stay in passive position. That is to stay where he is at with the blue symbol. Use a weapon that has a lot of agro and blast away at people. You only need to kill one person to max out the agro meter. Now hold it at max for two to three seconds and then hit the A button when it says overkill and blast as many people as possible.

L'abbatoir is French for "slaughterhouse".
Remember, be sure to grind out this achievement on Recruit (Easy) if you didn't get it through natural play.
I, also, did this on Miami in the large waiting area where enemies repel through the windows. |
