Its not hard but its annoying. The easiest way to get this is to find an area there are no enemies in and attack your partner. If its an AI then it will attack back but it'll have more then half its health gone when it does. Do this 25 times and there you go.

Another way to do this is to put the difficulty on professional and order your teammate to advance, let him get hurt and then heal him. Just make sure there are not too many enemies around or you’ll end of dyeing before you get the chance to heal your partner. But either way works. I got the achievement by playing through the game twice. Once on recruit and then again on professional. I just healed him every time he got hurt and I got it toward the beginning of mission six on professional.
