There is a very quick an easy way to get this one. Go to the 'Just Blow It All To Hell' map (the last section of Chapter 5) and gun down the Russian guy that's helping you(Breznev?) Then just revive him and reload checkpoint to repeat. He will not fight back and takes only a few shots to down.
