Simply run up to the rest room and open the two cabinets to get the supplies you need (Bandages, Explosive plastic bottles). Now after shooting down the cord, Head to the right of the room and face the door you entered in. Throw an explosive plastic bottle and immediately after shoot it so that it knocks you down. Simply tap A to get up then bandage your wound (you know you did it right when a timer appears). Repeat this 4 more times (there are infinite supplies in those two cabinets) until you get it.
