Once that's done your going to have to take the steps down and head right, once you get the the T section go left (right is a dead end). Then your going to have to go through some aliens where one looks like he's holding a gate, and you should see a little alcove on the right shortly after him. On the barrels is a doll head, just walk up to in and the Achievement should pop. Happy Hunting

When your hear the guy come over the com after pulling the lever, talking about exploding aliens, you pass a big gate blocking half the tunnel. Turn right immediately after passing the gate. Her doll head is sitting on 1 of 3 barrels.

Make a note of how many S's there are here. It would have never been Aliens 2, Alien 2 maybe however there is already an Alien 2: On Earth which is a 1980 terrible rip off of Alien but has nothing to do with any of them. If you have the box set, I suggest you re-read where it says Aliens 2 and make sure you are not seeing S's. Bottom line is it is called Aliens.
