I can confirm that this stacks with 'State of the Badass Art', beating the game on Ultimate Badass difficulty will unlock this also. |

Not that hard a difficulty. The one thing that will kill you the most is the poor programming that allows enemies to ether one hit you or shoot you through walls and cover sometimes. |
