	Comment #1 by sleepydumbdude Thursday, June 16, 2011 @ 10:41:24 AM I haven't used it at all yet. I had the DLC dress that regenerated my health so it has never gotten low enough. I'm hoping I'll get it not using hysteria at all. I'll post what happens after beating the game.

	Comment #6 by amccaffrey Friday, June 17, 2011 @ 08:26:56 AM I'm on my second playthrough and and trying for this one but I'd like to point out to everyone above that in the beginning you are forced to use hysteria once as part of a tutorial, so I would assume that is the one time you can use it, otherwise I'm sure the acheivement would be to never use hysteria

In fact, since it forces you down to 1 rose of health, I used that opportunity to get the "Calm In The Face Of Death" achievement. Very handy.

But I used Hysteria mode more than once, so I knew I wasn't getting this chevo. But I restarted the last chapter and tried to get the "Beat the Dollmaker with getting hurt." I didn't used hysteria but for some reason, I got the achievement at the end. The thing is, you have to let the credits start rolling before you get it. Hopes this helps guys!

To all of you who accidentally activated Hysteria multiple times throughout the game, as long as you allowed yourself to die and revert back to the save point, you get this achievement. Slipped up about 4 times myself and just beat the game on Nightmare. Credits started to roll and it was the 2nd one I got. :)

	Comment #15 by Dead End Kyo Sunday, June 19, 2011 @ 02:26:54 PM I know a really easy way of getting this achievement, I got it when I was trying to go after the Pulling Strings achievement, what you do is you goto chapter select pick pick Dollmaker part 2 and just beat the game normally then you should get it.

	Comment #20 by apmcfc88 Wednesday, June 22, 2011 @ 04:20:12 PM just beat the game on nightmare without using hysteria at all. i read some other gamers used the point when you first obtain hysteria and are automatically reduced to one rose, to get the "calm in the face of death" . thus not using hysteria at all and the achievement was achieved :)

If u use it once during final boss battle and die that does count as only once. If u use it then die then use it again after dying then it will count it as twice. I am 100% positive of this cause I just did it 5 minutes ago. Only once even if u die.

	Comment #23 by DarkMellow Monday, July 04, 2011 @ 04:28:29 AM @17 u dont even need to redo the dollmaker, follow these tips: just the the game who u normally would, then goto CHAPTER SELECT, goto INFERNAL TRAIN, press THE END. theres NO boss fight as this checkpoint is after, should take roughly 2 minuets including diolog and walking upto ur old house once in credits achievement should pop. mine did :D

Just my dumb luck that I accidently activated the hysteria JUST as the final enemy was dying (still not sure how I did it, but oh well)... anyway, when the enemy died, it finished the battle and gave me a new checkpoint, so I couldn't even just jump off the edge and die.

I had loaded a few other chapters via Chapter Select and wanted to finish the current new game plus so I could start a new one and it popped. I had not used hysteria in my clean up work.

There's even no need to change the difficulty at all. Guess the developers could have left the restrictions out of this ceevo and simply give us the 50GS for free then ;)

I just beat the game on Nightmare difficulty and got the achievements for beating it on hard and nightmare difficulty. But the only one i didnt get was the Level Headed achievement. I used Hysteria only one and that was during the tutorial. I think the tutorial doesnt count. Maybe thats just a freebe. Or maybe ur not supposed to use Hysteria at all. But overall, the people here are right, if you go to chapter select and beat the Dollmaker Part 2 without using hysteria you will get the achievement. Thats how I got it. I hope this somewhat helps.
