Spinning the saber
Take a moment and boot up the game. Any level. Don't wait to see where i'm going with this, just do it.
Done? ok, now turn the camera so that you're facing starkiller head on. Now swing your lightsaber once. Notice how you go from reverse hold to normal hold? How the HELL does he do that? |

He does it by using pure skill.
He really is that good! Lol. I honestly don't know too well, but it's a cool trick, no? |

lightsaber - blade made of light
since the blade is weightless, it is much easier to spin. Try it yourself with a pole (broomhandle, stick, whatever) and then try it with a banana-sized stick. although, do it wrong, and you lose a leg.

so as he swings he spins the saber 180 degrees in his hand? I see how he can do it, but given the speed he does it at, the fact that he doesn't screw up occationally is remarkable (particularly with a physics engine where even elite soldiers bust their @$$ when running away from you)

i think it'd sort of be like doing a hand roll with a nunchuck or short stick.

Dude! He can shoot lightning from his hands, throw a lightsaber like a boomarang, do a Haduken (charge up a force push and tell me that isn't vintage Ryu) AND pull a star destroyer from the sky to the ground... I think that spinning a lightsaber hilt 180 you be easy as breathing to this guy.

It might be that he uses a small amount of force grip on the light saber to flip it in his hand to face the other direction and attack, he has to have had incredible training with Darth Vader, and to a lesser extent Koda, so who knows?
I can't think of any other Jedi/Sith that have held their sabers backwards, though. |

He's been trained by the one and only Darth Vadar. If you were taught by Darth Vadar, you probably can do just about anything. Like
