Time Trials...?

Hey guys, got the online achievements so now I'm going for some others including the time trial. I just decided to test out one and do the first level in a method I thought was nearly the best possible way and was 7 seconds off....Is there anyone who can help me or give me routes on where to go for these? I know I'm in for a rough start...send me a FR if you will help

=P Nevermind, nearly a year later I decided to try these and they are easy as can be.
