Get the red Cardinal and than head over to the Theifs Forest and it will find it for you in about a minute or two, the part were the owl craps.

You don't need the owl just go behind the bush and swing your weapon and you should pick it up.

i think u do need the red cardinal. cause when i in the bush without it, nothing happened.
