How hard are the achievements for this game?

I am wondering how hard the achievments for this game are? I was thinking about renting this game but wanted to know if the achievements are hard and are they time consuming? Also i know there is online for this game, do you think it has good re-play value that i am better off buying the game?

IMO

The single player achievements are very easy (as you can see i got em in a weekend ) And the online achievements would be easy if it wasnt so f*cking laggy you should definately rent it first.

I played prey today and there was a patch that I had to down load. Im hoping this is for the online lag although I havent tried it online yet.

I have to agree.

The Cherokee Level is the same as the easy except you don't have any health spawns in the game.

If you die you go to limbo and just shoot down the souls to regain your health.

I did notice huge online lagtimes; which is probably why I stopped at 905 and didn't bother to get 1000 before I returned the game to Blockbuster.

Its not as easy as say King Kong but you can finish 90% of the game in 2 days tops.

The achievements in this game were a joke - it was a piece of cake and the online ones - all you needed to do was find someone who had no lag on their server and just join up with them every time. It is possible if you keep searching for them when they are starting a new one up.

I got the achievements in a weekend, bought the game for £20. worth every penny but I cant sell it, as it has only for resale in south korea

So far it's a piece of cake. I'm doing the Online tomorrow. I was able to get most of the single player achievements in two days. Don't sweat it. YOU DON'T DIE. So, it's easy.

it seems like the online acheviement will take a while if your only killing one person that your trading acheviements with.. but every1 says the game is easy.. so i was wondering how long does the online acheviements take with 1 friend?

Fuck yeah got all 1000 gamerscore! Got it sent on Saturday morning - completed solo that day, completed all online achievements on Sunday and this afternoon i completed Cherokee! Now i just need to make 50 posts so i can join the 1000 Club...

The achievements for this game are soo easy its not even funny it took one day to beat it and when I say one day I dont mean 24 hours, The only thing I didnt get was beat the cherokee thing cuz it was too time consuming and didn't think the 65 gamerpoints was worth playing for to wast a whole day.

Yea the achievements are very easy and i like how the online ones arent impossible like the ones that are to make it to the top of the leaderboards.

Single player achievements are quite easy since the game is not all that hard and the spirit thing helps a lot. I didn't bother playing on Cherokee but my friend beat it on that difficulty. The online ones are a pain because quite frankly the online sucks and it not fun at all in my opinion. Too laggy and some of the weapons don't fire fast enough to really hit people who are moving around. Granted a moving target is a lot harder to hit but in other games the weapons can still at least hit them a little.

I beat the game and got all of the offline achievements in about two days TOPS. The only reason I don't have the game completed is because of my satelite internet. Can't play on XBL. When my friend gets a 360 I'll play system link to get the rest...except the ranked ones of course.

The achievements are easy but dont get this game if you get even sligh motion sickness this game jerks you around more than the "Ring of Fire" ride at the fair.... I got what something like 600 points in a day if only i didn't suck at pac-man............ the online play does suck as stated above but... dont even try if you dont have a strong stomach....
