Anchor special item glitched?

need some help here, played the volcano lever about 30 times snapped everythin, have all gold shells, have all other special items but the anchor never ever appears? is it glitched or is there somethin i need to do first to make it appear? thanks

The anchor appears at the beginning of the dive, it falls to the left of you as you move off. If it's not appearing for you after 30 dives, there must be something wrong.
I think I might have mentioned this before, but the items may be time-specific (like some of the fish). Try playing it at a different time to see if it appears then!

Actually we figured out that it isnt glitched its just that it doesnt appear on its own. Someone helped me by telling me that you have to fire a gizmo at the crab on the sand right in front of you at the beggining of the level, when the crab runs away the anchor drops. Drove me mad for ages too lol

Cheers man just got the anchor you definitely need to throw a gizmo at that first crab to make it fall down
