Swamp Worms Chapter 9

Blasting through Warrior and came across the devastating bunch of Swamp Worms in Chapter 9. After getting rocked a couple times I could definatly see that they are not impossible but they are no cup of tea! After about 6 go at its I said F it and ran up the next path completely skipping them all together...

not like NG to hand out hallway passes like that. I'm glad I don't have another shouting match at my television but what exactly was the point back there? Hand out any treasure as a reward or mainly a essence harvest, either way that shite is tough!

I did the same thing. I guess it just helps you get essence.

Also there's a crystal skull in the same area as those worms, you don't have to kill them, but I did. I found them really tedious as they ganged up on you, but it seems that when blocking and comboing doesn't work, spam Flying Swallow haha. Also, standing in between them and Flame Ninpo worked great.

They really depend what weapon you are using. When I used the Scythe they where not that bad but they are a pain and those fish (not the ghost fish) they can be a pain in the ass

Mainly I just paced myself through them using the Kusari-gama and UT's. Just keeping a close eye on them to make sure I avoided being grabbed on by one because they all seemed to grab a lot.
