Tour Of Duty glitched?

Hi everyone.

Has the Tour Of Duty achievement glitched for anyone? Last night I played all 10 original Terrorist Hunt maps online with a friend on Normal difficulty. We won them all, but I didn't get the achievement.

On a couple of maps, I wasn't actually alive when the game was beaten - I had been killed, but we still won the mission. Do these matches not count towards the achievement?

The other thing I was thinking is, is this achievement glitched like the Special Operations one? I haven't been able to unlock that either.

I'm guessing the Tour Of Duty achievement is similar to the Special Ops one in that if you've downloaded the Red & Black packs, it gets messed up. You'd think that Ubisoft would have fixed these faults by now!

I am thinking a way of possibly fixing both of these achievements would be to just play the matches without my hard drive attached, as this would not involve my save game, which I think has been messed up by downloading the Red & Black packs.

Is it possible to recover your Gamertag & play on XBox Live without the hard drive attached? Or will I have to buy a memory card & just move my Gamercard to that?
